Route 34 West Municipal Development Plan Area (Future Projects)
Since 2005, the City has been going through a long coordinated approach to formally adopt the 34+ acres of land west of the Air Rights Garage into the Route 34 West Municipal Development Plan (MDP). The plan would be approved by the State and will help path the way to a structured plan for development financing, federal and state grants socitation, and development partnerships. Currently, the Route 34 West MDP is finalizing pubic commentary and stakeholder input. Please follow the link below for details on the planning process and current concepts.
